Procedure
1.Start pneumatic tourniquet
2.Skin incision with surgical blade #10
3.Tendon dissected and harvested with tendon stripper
4.Prepare tendon with graftmaster II board
5.Create portal for arthroscope with surgical blade 11 and crile’s artery forceps (straight); then insert shaver and instrument
6.Prepare tibial tunnel with ACL guide, 2.4mm drill tip guide pin and appropriated cannulated endoscopic drill accordingly graft size
7.Capsule and meniscus junction suture passed and dilated
8.Graft passed
9.Anchor with interference screwPosterior horn and graft sutured together with fastfix 360
10.Release tourniquet
11.Perform haemostasis with diathermy
