1.Sterile drape (餐巾) for disinfection
2.Extremity Drape/Knee drape
3.Crepe for tourniquet
Procedure
Procedure
1.Start pneumatic tourniquet.
2.Small oblique skin incision proximal medial tibial.
3.Tendon dissected and harvested with tendon stripper.
4.Measured with endobutton depth probe.
5.Prepare tendon with graftmaster II board.
6.Anchor endobutton to endobutton holder.
7.Create portal for arthroscopy with surgical blade 11 and crile’s artery forceps (straight); then insert shaver and instrument.
8.Remove PCL stump and clear-up the joint environment with shaver.
9.Prepare tibial tunnel with PCL guide, 2.4mm drill tip guide pin and appropriated cannulated endoscopic drill accordingly Femoral offset guide and guide pin inserted.
10.Prepare femoral tunnel with femoral offset guide, 2.4mm drill tip guide pin, appropriate cannulated endoscopic drill and 4.5mm endobutton drill accordingly.
11.Insert the tendon graft along the tibial and femoral tunnels with the help of a long eyelet guide pin.
12.Insert interference screws at both sides of the tendon graft to anchor the tibial and femoral insertions of the graft.
13.Release tourniquet.
14.Perform haemostasis with diathermy.
15.Insert Fr 10 Redivac drain.
