1.Make a small puncture using hip pac under x-ray
2.Skin incision with surgical blade #11
3.Insert hip arthroscope
4.Evaluate the joint before beginning any specific treatments:
•Smooth off torn cartilage
•Repair or reconstruct the labrum
•Trim bone spurs caused by FAI
•Remove inflamed synovial tissue
5. Perform haemostasis with diathermy
