Portals placement
Outside-in technique:
Prepare AngioCath, shoulder cannula and obturator
1.Use direct visualization
2.Angiocath inserted and then remove
3.Incision over skin
4.Plastic cannula and obturator advanced in under direct visualization
Inside-out technique:
Prepare shoulder cannula and 4mm Wissinger rod(shoulder rod)
1.Arthroscope removed from the posterior portal
2.Wissinger rod placed through cannula
3.Pushed though the intercal tissue, tented skin
4.Incision over skin
5.Plastic cannula place through Wissinger rod
Visualization
Resection & repair
*Dissection
Using rasp, gasper, punch, scissor, shaver or aromionizer
*Labrum repair
